Many of the seminars from the 2011 NFPA Annual Convention will be available beginning in Janaury 2012 as rebroadcasts and on-demand programs through NFPA's education partner, IPE. If you need several hours to meet recertification criteria for NFPA, you may be interested in the accrediation packages offered by IPE.
NFPA and IPE have partnered to bring these seminars to all NFPA members. These programs are open to all paralegals, so please feel free to share with your co-workers and colleagues who many not be members of NFPA and may be interested in hearing the programs. All programs are NFPA approved and you will receive a certificate of attendance at the conclusion of each CLE event in which you participate.
For information on CLEs, please check out NFPA and IPE's offering of 14 recordings from the education sessions at the NFPA 2011 Convention.
In addition to the NFPA 2011 Convention offerings, NFPA's education partner, Institute for Paralegal Education (IPE), has created two CLE packages for NFPA members: your choice of 12 hours for $799, which can be used over a two year period, and 6 hours for $499, which is good for one year. These are great deals when you figure out the per-hour cost. The attached IPE flier will provides more information and the NFPA code necessary to take advantage of these programs.
Also, please remember to utilize the NFPA CLE calendar at http://www.paralegals.org/calendar.cfm to find seminars near you offered by a variety of providers, as well as many online offerings.
